A counterfeit product is defined as any imitation product made with the intent to deceive others into believing it to be original or genuine. Counterfeit products look like the original and bear the genuine product’s trademark. There are also products which may look like genuine Tupperware® products but do not bear the Tupperware trademark, which we refer to as “product copies”. Neither counterfeit products nor product copies are genuine Tupperware® products. Such products may be of questionable quality and do not carry the Tupperware warranty.  Please report any possible counterfeit products or product copies to your local Tupperware representative.
